Service Description
This is a 4 week bite-size, coaching programme for gut health. Firstly, you will be doing a 75 minute assessment of your overall current situation, answering questions, looking at triggers for you discomfort and setting a specific belly or gut, related goal. Keeping a food & symptom diary, from the week BEFORE we start, help greatly in finding your personal solutions and tracking your improvent the upcoming weeks. Session 1 is followed by another 3 , weekly sessions of 40 minutes each, addressing your belly focused goal, assessing your symptoms, possible lifestyle links and establishing your weekly action plan. Session 4's 40 minutes, will be followed directly with 20 minutes of recapping your actions and a summary of your sustainable gut plan.
