These are one-on-one, 40 minute, online sessions during which we explore your options in managing your chronic condition or new diagnosis, with scientifically proven lifestyle changes. We are doing this in tandem with the treatment from your specialist, to give you the best opportunity to take some control of your health and explore to what degree you can halt, improve or even reverse your condition. This programme is exclusively for South African residents.
